Desmond Cosmea, 69, 237 Franklin Street, Cambridge, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Trespassing after officers responded to a disturbance in the vicinity of Central Square, and Cosmea was observed accosting and threatening people with a walking cane.
