10/30/2015 09:21 INCIDENT 15008182 ROBBERY, UNARMED c265 S19	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL A Somerville resident reported being the victim of an unarmed robbery which occurred on 10/29. The reporting person stated that an unknown person took his cell phone out of his hand and then fled the area.

10/30/2015 10:26 ARREST 15008185 MISC. REPORT TYPE	CAMBRIDGE ST Justin DiFrummolo, 33, 50 Dunstable Street, Charlestown, was arrested on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Breaking and Entering Nighttime for Felony and Possession of a Class E Drug (x3).
10/30/2015 11:35 INCIDENT 15008187	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Cambridge bank employee reported today that a customer of the bank was the victim of a scam. The customer stated that she received a letter in the mail along with a check for her to deposit. She deposited the check and then got a bank check from her account and sent it to the person who sent her the original check. It was subsequently discovered that this check was fraudulent.

10/30/2015 13:14 INCIDENT 15008193 A&B ON +60/DISABLED C265 S13K F	DANA ST Cambridge Police responded to a report of an assault and battery at a healthcare center on Dana Street. Upon further investigation, it was determined that two residents had a minor dispute where another resident got involved and assaulted one of them.

10/30/2015 15:28 INCIDENT 15008194 CREDIT CARD FRAUD OVER $250 c266 S37C	ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY A Belmont resident reported that his credit card was used illegally on 10/27 to purchase products at an office supply store in Cambridge.
10/30/2015 15:36 INCIDENT 15008197 DISORDERLY CONDUCT c272 S53	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to a restaurant on Massachusetts Avenue for the report of a shoplifting in progress. Upon further investigation, it was ascertained that a man had taken a packaged food item and proceeded to open and eat it and refused to pay for it. While investigating what had happened, the offender continued to spew obscenities and refused to give officers his information. The Boston resident was then summonsed for Shoplifting By Asportation and Disorderly Conduct.

10/30/2015 17:21 INCIDENT 15008200 INDECENT EXPOSURE c272 S53	RIVER ST A Cambridge resident reported an incident of indecent exposure. The reporting person stated that, while she was walking home on River Street, she observed an unknown male with his pants down, exposing himself.
10/30/2015 17:25 INCIDENT 15008201 *CROSSWALK VIOLATION C89 S11**	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Rhode Island resident was summonsed to court for a Crosswalk Violation, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a License, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Number Plate Violation.
10/30/2015 20:17 INCIDENT 15008204	BISHOP ALLEN DR James Fidler, 46, 52 Fair Street, Newburyport, was placed under arrest for Operating Under The Influence Of Alcohol, Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, and Failing To Stop for a Red Light. Officers observed the defendant going through a red light without any attempt to stop. After pulling Fidler over, officers noticed that his speech was slurred, his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, he was unsteady on his feet, and a strong odor of alcoholic beverage was coming from his breath. After further speaking with Fidler, he admitted to drinking several alcoholic beverages prior to driving.

Upon further investigation, it was determined that the reporting party felt provoked and punched a man which then escalated to a fight outside of the establishment.
10/31/2015 01:22 INCIDENT 15008209 TAXI FARE, EVADE c159A S16	MONTGOMERY ST A Boston Cab driver reported that he conveyed two males from Boston to a house on Montgomery Street in Cambridge, who then got out of the cab and left without paying.
10/31/2015 09:31 INCIDENT 15008213 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	PORTER RD A resident of Cambridge reported that an unknown person stole a surveillance camera from the front porch of their home.
10/31/2015 12:14 INCIDENT 15008215 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY +$250, MALICIOUS c266 S12	SECKEL ST A Seckel Street resident reported that an unknown suspect smashed and cracked the moon roof glass of his motor vehicle as it was parked overnight in front of his residence. The victim reported that nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Upon arrival, officers determined that there had been an altercation between two men at a costume party and the victim had been stabbed in the leg. David Warren, 29, 17 Walden Square Road, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.

11/01/2015 01:30 INCIDENT 15008237 LARCENY OVER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	PLEASANT ST The owner of a Central Square business reported that an unknown person contacted the store presenting themselves as an electrical service provider, requesting the business to pay money to avoid service being cutoff. The business did not have a past due balance and the owner believed this to be a scam.
