11/02/2015 00:49 INCIDENT 15008258 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY A Revere resident reported that he lost his cellphone at a convenience store on Alewife Brook Parkway. When he discovered it was missing he returned to the store to look for it, unsuccessfully. He then used a phone from to store to call his own and an unknown male answered his phone and stated he had found it and wanted $100 to give it back. The victim initially agreed, but the person who had the phone never showed up. All further attempts to contact the suspect proved negative.

11/02/2015 08:51 INCIDENT 15008262 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Cambridge resident reported that her bicycle was stolen from the front of a convenience store Massachusetts Avenue.
11/02/2015 08:55 INCIDENT 15008264 DISORDERLY CONDUCT c272 S53	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Eric Clark, 47, 33 Kristen Road, Plymouth, was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, and Resisting Arrest. Clark was observed in Central Square making gestures to passersby as though he had a gun and he panhandled, struck an officer with his shoulder after he was informed he was being placed under arrest and actively resisted officers commands to place his hands behind his back and flailed his arms and struggled in the front entry vestibule to a Massachusetts Avenue business before being placed into handcuffs.

11/02/2015 12:29 INCIDENT 15008268 TELEPHONE CALLS, ANNOYING c269 S14A	GARDEN ST An employee of a music school on Garden Street reported that they have been receiving harassing phone calls from a known person that they have worked with in the past.
11/02/2015 13:08 INCIDENT 15008267 LARCENY UNDER $250 c266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Florida resident reported that on 11/01 an unknown person(s) took the wallet from her purse while she was at an establishment on Massachusetts Avenue. The purse contained several credit cards and debit cards and all were fraudulently used by the time she called to cancel them.
11/02/2015 13:50 INCIDENT 15008269 MISC. REPORT TYPE	OTIS ST A Boston resident reported that she was illegally towed on 10/29 from Otis Street. At the time she parked there, there were no signs posted and this was unusual as there had been on-going construction there for months. When the reporting person returned, her car was gone and brand new, dry paper "NO PARKING" signs had been erected. She stated that she confronted the contractor and he admitted that the street signs had probably blown off during the night.
11/02/2015 13:59 INCIDENT 15008270 UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE C90 S34J	SIXTH ST A Cambridge resident’s motor vehicle was towed for street cleaning on Broadway. In an attempt to contact the owner, it was discovered the vehicle was uninsured and unregistered. The owner of the motor vehicle was consequently summonsed to court.

11/02/2015 14:52 INCIDENT 15008272 LARCENY FROM BUILDING c266 S20	BROOKLINE ST A Cambridge resident reported a package that she was sending out via FedEx was stolen from the lobby of her building.
11/02/2015 15:33 INCIDENT 15008273	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL Cambridge Police responded to a local mall to meet with an Allston resident about an assault that occurred in Harvard Square. The reporting person stated that an unknown male came up to her, struck her in the face, took her coat, and then fled in an unknown direction.
11/02/2015 16:20 INCIDENT 15008277 LARCENY UNDER $250 c266 S30	MURRAY HILL RD A Murray Hill Road resident reported a past larceny where her handicap placard was stolen from the windshield of her motor vehicle.
11/02/2015 16:41 INCIDENT 15008276 LEWD, WANTON & LASCIVIOUS CONDUCT c272 S53	MT AUBURN ST An employee of a coffee shop in Harvard Square reported a male that was touching himself lewdly while at the shop.
11/02/2015 18:18 INCIDENT 15008278 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	CHAUNCY ST A Chauncy Street resident reported a package that was stolen from the lobby of his apartment building.
11/02/2015 18:58 INCIDENT 15008279 LARCENY FROM PERSON +65 c266 S25	HARVARD ST A Cambridge resident reported that her handbag was stolen from her grandson’s stroller while at a restaurant in Harvard Square.
11/02/2015 19:38 INCIDENT 15008282 A&B c265 S13A	WESTERN AVE Cambridge Police units responded to the area of Western Avenue for a report of a disturbance. Upon further investigation, it was ascertained that three individuals had been physically assaulted by two intoxicated individuals.
11/02/2015 19:56 INCIDENT 15008280 LARCENY UNDER $250 c266 S30	BRATTLE ST A Belmont resident reported that an unknown person removed the lock off of his bicycle and stole it.
11/02/2015 21:03 INCIDENT 15008283 PRESCRIPTION, UTTER FALSE c94C S33	ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY A pharmacy technician reported to Cambridge Police that a female attempted to pass a fake prescription.
11/02/2015 21:33 ARREST 15008286 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	THIRD ST Scott Christie, 33, 350 Third Street, Cambridge, was placed under arrest on 5 warrants – one out of Lowell District Court for Assault and Battery, Intimidating a Witness, and Vandalizing Property, two out of Lawrence District Court for Possession of a Class A Drug, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of a Class B Drug, and two out of Hingham District Court for Assault and Battery (x2), Intimidating a Witness, and Vandalizing Property.
11/02/2015 22:03 INCIDENT 15008285 IDENTITY FRAUD	PROSPECT ST Cambridge Police responded to Prospect Street for a report of an identity theft. The reporting person stated that an unknown person had applied for a loan using her personal information and the loaning company has emailed her for fees she owes of which she knows nothing about.
11/02/2015 22:18 INCIDENT 15008287 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	BROADWAY An Allston resident reported that his motor scooter was stolen from Ames Street. The scooter was secured with a lock/alarm system.
