BRATTLE SQ
Cambridge Police units were dispatched to Brattle Square on a report of a past shoplifting. An employee of a store had observed a male, later identified as Charles Morris, 35, 1220 Adam Street in Dorchester, stuffing an EMS jacket into a black shoulder bag. The employee confronted Morris and retrieved the item from the bag, at which point Morris pushed the employee with both hands to the chest and attempted to flee the store. The employee then attempted to block the exit to the store and again he was pushed by Morris with two hands to the chest and then struck repeatedly in the face with open hands by Morris. Morris was followed by the employee out of the store onto Mt. Auburn St. and police arrived. Morris was then placed under arrest for Unarmed Robbery.

POLICE OFFICER, INTERFERE WITH (Common Law)

JFK ST
Cambridge Police were dispatched to JFK Street in front of a local pharmacy for a man attacked by a dog. On arrival, Cambridge Police pulled over in the shuttle stop where the victim was standing. Immediately, the suspect rushed over to the Animal Control Van as the officer exited and began yelling at her. Cambridge Police walked over to her and attempted to explain that we have a call, but she got in an officer’s face and began requesting the officer’s badge number repeatedly, until it was given to her. She then began taking pictures and recording. She was warned and advised that she was interfering, when she yelled that "your call is bullshit."
