A Spring Street resident reported malicious destruction to his motor vehicle. The reporting person stated that he found fresh damage to the front side door and believes that his neighbor is responsible for the damages that were done during the night.

A Lynn resident was stopped for a motor vehicle violation that occurred at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave and Walden Street. After further investigation, it was discovered that the individual did not have a license to operate and he was subsequently issued a citation for the violations and summonsed to court.

Luis Suazo, 42, 1 Walpole Street, Mattapan, was arrested for Larceny Under $250 By Single Scheme. Suazo was observed via CCTV by a local department store’s loss prevention officers taking multiple items from the sales floor and entering a supply closet where he concealed the items in his backpack.

A Danvers resident was stopped after the operator was observed committing a motor vehicle violation, and it was found that he was not properly licensed to operate a motor vehicle in Massachusetts. The owner of the motor vehicle was issued a citation and summonsed to court for Allowing an Unlicensed Person to Operate a Motor Vehicle.

Roberto Flotte, 25, 39 Highland Avenue, Cambridge, was arrested for Shoplifting by Asportation and Assault and Battery. Cambridge Police responded to a Harvard Square convenience store where an employee reported that Flotte had stolen multiple items from the store and then, when he was fleeing the scene, he struck the reporting person.

Cambridge Police responded to Spring Street for a report of threats. After further investigation, it was determined that the threats were made between two neighbors who have an ongoing dispute.

An employee of a gas station on Massachusetts Avenue reported that one of his gas pumps was accidentally damaged by a customer. The customer drove away from the pump forgetting that the line was still in his car.

Cambridge Police Officers responded to a disturbance on Lawn Street. Upon arrival, it was determined that a Belmont resident was assaulted by two unknown males in a motor vehicle as a result of an incident of road rage.
