Cambridge Police responded to the area of Porter Square for a past unarmed robbery. The victim reported that as he was getting off the elevator at the train station, an unknown female approached him, pushed him to the ground and stole his wallet and cell phone. The suspect, Louise Silvia, 37, 10 Russell Street, Cambridge, was identified as the offender and was placed under arrest for Unarmed Robbery, Assault and Battery on a Disabled Person, and Improper Use of a Credit Card.

The reporting person stated that a former coworker stole approximately $400 from her, after she discovered money missing from her wallet and multiple unauthorized online purchases on her credit card.

Cambridge Police responded to a restaurant on Massachusetts Avenue for the report of destruction of property. The manager of the restaurant reported that a customer came in to complain about some food, began swearing at another customer in line, and then became extremely agitated and pushed over a glass display case with food.

Cambridge Police responded to Dover Street for the report of a past hit and run motor vehicle accident. The reporting person stated that an unknown person struck her motor vehicle while it was parked, causing damage to the driver’s side, and left the scene without making themselves known.

A Memorial Drive resident reported a larceny. The reporting person stated that she made an online purchase with her credit card, but received a message indicating that her transaction was unsuccessful, and was later informed by her bank of 3 unauthorized purchases on her account.
