An Allston resident was stopped for a civil motor vehicle infraction and found to be an unlicensed operator. She was issued a criminal citation and will be summonsed to court.

ABERDEEN AVE

A Boston resident was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license. He was originally stopped after he was observed committing a marked lane violation at the intersection of Mt. Auburn Street and Aberdeen Avenue. He stated that he had a driver’s license in Saudi Arabia, however he did not have that license or his passport in his possession to show me.

CHURCHILL AVE

Cambridge Police were dispatched to Churchill Avenue on a report of an anonymous call that stated that a man named Charles King had a warrant and was there now. Officers drove to Churchill Avenue to investigate, knocked at the door, and a male opened the door and told us that he was Charles King. He had no ID, but provided officers with his social security number. He admitted that he had a warrant out of Brighton District Court and stated that he owed a fine of roughly $800.

Carlos Martinez, 29, homeless, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Cambridge District Court. While performing an inventory search of Martinez property, he was found to be in possession of seven small bags of marijuana, and upon further investigation, one of the bags tested positive for Methamphetamine.
