REPORT TYPE	BINNEY ST A Security Director for a Binney Street business reports that on 12/3/15 some suspicious activity was observed when their building surveillance cameras captured an unknown white male exit a motor vehicle, quickly take pictures of building's exterior and then get back into motor vehicle and quickly leave the area.

12/09/2015 10:07 INCIDENT 15009221 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV c90 S10	MASSACHUSETTS AVE An Allston resident was stopped for a civil motor vehicle infraction and found to be an unlicensed operator. She was issued a criminal citation and will be summonsed to court.
12/09/2015 10:10 INCIDENT 15009220 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV c90 S10	ABERDEEN AVE A Boston resident was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license. He was originally stopped after he was observed committing a marked lane violation at the intersection of Mt. Auburn Street and Aberdeen Avenue. He stated that he had a driver’s license in Saudi Arabia, however he did not have that license or his passport in his possession to show me.
12/09/2015 10:44 INCIDENT 15009222 IDENTITY FRAUD	WEST KENDALL ST A Brookline Street resident contacted the Cambridge Police after discovering that an unknown suspect used his personal information to fraudulently open and use a department store credit card in the state of California.
12/09/2015 11:24 INCIDENT 15009223 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	MEMORIAL DR A Memorial Drive Facilities Manager reported a breaking and entering by an unknown suspect. No items were reported stolen.
12/09/2015 12:00 ARREST 15009225 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	CHURCHILL AVE Cambridge Police were dispatched to Churchill Avenue on a report of an anonymous call that stated that a man named Charles King had a warrant and was there now. Officers drove to Churchill Avenue to investigate, knocked at the door, and a male opened the door and told us that he was Charles King. He had no ID, but provided officers with his social security number. He admitted that he had a warrant out of Brighton District Court and stated that he owed a fine of roughly $800.

12/09/2015 14:59 INCIDENT 15009229 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	CAMBRIDGE ST A Cambridge Street resident reported a break-in to her motor vehicle. A suspect broke into her Honda and stole a car stereo sometime overnight on 12/6/15.

12/09/2015 16:00 INCIDENT 15009241 REGISTRATION SUSPENDED / REVOKED, OP MV WITH C90	PROSPECT ST A Dorchester resident driving an unregistered motor vehicle on Prospect Street was handed a criminal application for the aforementioned violation, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to yield.
12/09/2015 16:02 INCIDENT 15009232 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL Two Boston residents – Leroy Spencer, 39, from 112 South Hampton Street in Boston, and Cordea Hayes, 28, homeless -- were placed under arrest for outstanding warrants out of Roxbury District Court and Boston District Court.

12/09/2015 17:15 INCIDENT 15009236 THREAT TO COMMIT CRIME c275 S2	FAWCETT ST A Columbia Terrace resident reported being threatened on 12/9/15 at approximately 5:15 p.m. He was threatened with bodily harm while at work this afternoon. The suspect is a former acquaintance.

12/09/2015 23:14 INCIDENT 15009244 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Carlos Martinez, 29, homeless, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Cambridge District Court. While performing an inventory search of Martinez property, he was found to be in possession of seven small bags of marijuana, and upon further investigation, one of the bags tested positive for Methamphetamine.
