Kolby Fenner, 38, 402 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was stopped on Cambridge Street at Berkshire Street for speed greater than reasonable considering traffic, proper road use and public safety. Fenner was arrested for being a fugitive from justice out of El Dorado County in California.

A Cambridge resident reported that a unknown suspect attempted to scam her out of a large sum of U.S. currency by having her send money to the suspect via money gram. After further investigation, officers involved along with the victims learned it was a telephone scam.
