Derry Road in Derry, New Hampshire, Michael Kramer, 38, of 7 Craigie Circle in Cambridge, Brian Lang, 65 of 11 Calvin Road in Jamaica Plain,  Any Mery Montoya-Montano, 32, of 23 Endicott Avenue in Revere, Anabela Pappas, 51, of 31 Avon Street in Somerville, Rosa Rivera, 41, of 20 Rockaway Terrace in Roslindale, Madeline Rodriguez, 48, of 36 Eden Street in Chelsea, Dora Romero, 55, of 1 Highland Street in Woburn, and Otilia Tejeda, 47, of 10 Sheldon Street in Roslindale, were placed under arrest at the "super crosswalk" at the intersection of Brattle Street and John F. Kennedy Street for Disturbing the Peace (MGL c. 272 s. 53f) and Disorderly Conduct (MGL c. 272 s. 52g) after they and a group of at least three-hundred protesters gathered at that location. The defendants, subsequently, walked together out into the intersection, obstructing it, and sat down with their arms interlocked. They were instructed multiple times as a group and individually to cease their activity or be subject to arrest. After failing to obey the commands given, each was removed, and taken into custody.
