Clayton Knight, 29, of 37 Maryknoll Street in Boston and Parbir Batra, 35, of 39 Boylston Street in Boston were charged with drinking from an open container of an alcoholic beverage. Clayton Knight was then additionally charged with possession of a class B substance. Parbir Batra was also charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.
