A Massachusetts Avenue business owner reports an unknown person defecated on her door way and window.

FAYERWEATHER ST
Cambridge Police were dispatched to the intersection of Fayerweather Street and Reservoir Street on the report of a man who was assaulted by another man who was driving a dump truck and had fled the scene. An officer located the suspect a few blocks away and obtained his information. The victim was located. He was uninjured and the officer obtained his personal information to file a report.

Cambridge Police were dispatched for a larceny report. The victim was notified by their bank about irregular activity on an account. A total of $886 was stolen from three ATM withdrawals. The bank will reimburse the victim for the fraudulent transactions within ten business days.

A Cambridge resident was summonsed for Willfully Obstructing an Emergency Vehicle when the driver veered right from behind a large shuttle bus stopped in traffic, accelerated past the bus on the right in a marked bike lane, and narrowly missed two Cambridge Police officers. The driver then proceeded on the marked bike lane and passed several vehicles stopped in traffic eastbound on Mass. Ave. before merging back into the eastbound lane of travel and stopping behind a vehicle at a red light.
