Lizardo stated that he bought the drill from a party unknown to him.

Robert R. Favreau, 18, of 54 Moulton Road, Arlington MA, was observed operating a scooter in an erratic manner and failed to stop for a solid red light. When Police attempted to conduct a stop on the scooter, Favreau, fled from police and failed to stop for several blocks. When Favreau came to a stop, he admitted that he didn't have a valid license or permit to operate the scooter. Favreau then fled on foot and assaulted a security guard. Favreau was arrested and charged with Failure to Stop for Police, Unlicensed Operation, Carrying a Loaded Firearm Without a License, Assault and Battery, two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, and Possessing a Large Capacity Firearm.
