11/19/2017 02:09 INCIDENT 17008219-1 OUI-LIQUOR C90 S24	GARDEN ST Police responded to the area of Garden Street for the report of a Hit and Run crash. After a witness statement, which included the suspect vehicle’s license plate number, police were able to locate the suspect vehicle and take the driver/owner into custody. Rufeal Mekonnen, 30, 253 Garden Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for OUI liquor, issued a Massachusetts uniform citation for Leaving the scene of property damage and Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

11/19/2017 14:22 INCIDENT 17008229-1 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVE John Sferrazza, 52, Quincy, was arrested inside a Mass Ave. department store after Loss Prevention Personnel observed him grab numerous pants and attempt to walk out of the store without paying for merchandise. Stolen merchandise had a total retail value of over $250 dollars.

11/19/2017 16:08 INCIDENT 17008236-1 CREDIT CARD FRAUD OVER $250 c266 S37C	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL A Brighton resident reports that someone had fraudulently used her credit card to make multiple purchases in Cambridge on November 18.

11/19/2017 19:19 INCIDENT 17008239-1 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A bicycle larceny was reported from Mass Ave.
11/19/2017 21:20 INCIDENT 17008240-1 ROBBERY, ARMED c265 s17	BROADWAY Cambridge Police responded to the area of Broadway and Inman Street in regards to a larceny that just occurred. A Malden resident used Facebook to meet a female in Cambridge to purchase a television. The male gave a female $80 cash. This female then went into a nearby residence after stating that she needed to get the TV from her apartment. The victim became suspicious and followed this female into an apartment building. The female met up with another female inside of the apartment building. Both female suspects then ran out of the apartment building and down Prospect Street. One of the suspects attempted to Taze the victim with a black/orange stun gun that she was carrying. Officers checked the area for the suspects, but were not able to locate anyone.

11/18/2017 02:31 INCIDENT 17008196-1 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	JFK ST Cambridge Police were dispatched to JFK Street at Winthrop Street to meet the reporting party of a hit and run. Upon arrival, officers met the reporting party, who reported while she was stopped at a red light on JFK Street at Eliot Street with passengers on board, another motor vehicle struck her motor vehicle in the rear and fled the area.

The suspect was caught on surveillance. The incident happened on 11/17/17 at 10:19 a.m.

11/17/2017 15:02 INCIDENT 17008176-1 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	MT AUBURN ST A rental car manager came to the police station to report that one of the rental motor vehicles was not returned and is two months overdue. It was later discovered the motor vehicle in question was towed and recovered in Quincy at an earlier date.

She stated that she came from shopping and placed down a heavy bag of groceries, which her purse was in. When she went to prop open her entrance door and returned, her purse was gone.

11/17/2017 17:51 INCIDENT 17008181-1 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	BROOKLINE ST Cambridge Police responded to a larceny report call at a Brookline Street residence. The reporting party stated that they had mailed a rent check to their landlord on 11/1/17 for $1,600. The landlord claimed to never have received the check. The reporting party sent another check to the landlord, but then discovered today that the first check had been cashed. The reporting party believes the check was deposited by an unknown party.

11/17/2017 19:01 INCIDENT 17008183-1 SHOPLIFTING BY CONCEALING MDSE c266 S30A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police officers responded to a Central Square establishment for a report of a shoplifter being detained by loss prevention personnel. Loss Prevention informed the police officers that the individual was observed placing numerous items into a backpack, then walk past all points of purchase before being stopped at the front entrance. The individual was later identified as Adam Scott, 29, 1 Johnson Street in Woburn, was very uncooperative and was subsequently placed under arrest.

11/17/2017 19:59 INCIDENT 17008186-1 MISC. REPORT TYPE	CHURCH ST A Cambridge shelter reported that there was an incident that happened outside this location where they saw two parties get into an altercation and one of them may have had a firearm in their waistband.
11/17/2017 21:19 INCIDENT 17008187-1 REGISTRATION SUSPENDED / REVOKED, OP MV WITH C90	CAMBRIDGE ST Cambridge Police removed a black Honda Accord from a public way after officers discovered the registration has been revoked for insurance. The vehicle was towed to a nearby tow yard and the owner was issued a citation for allowing a motor vehicle with a revoked registration to remain on a public way.
11/17/2017 21:23 INCIDENT 17008188-1 LARCENY FROM PERSON c266 S25	MUSEUM WAY Cambridge Police were called by State Police to Science Park for a past larceny. Officers spoke to both parties and a report was taken.
11/17/2017 22:21 ARREST 17008189-1 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Ebony Wesley, 24, homeless, was placed under arrest for five warrants out of East Boston District Court (Trespassing, Resisting Arrest, Shoplifting by Asportation, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Larceny Under $250).
