MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop and learned that the operator, Nelson Daley, 59, 139 Putnam Avenue, Cambridge, had a suspended license. Officers discovered that the vehicle was also unregistered and uninsured. Nelson was placed under arrest and charged with the following offenses: Take Number Plate, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Uninsured Motor Vehicle.

A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report that he had been assaulted by a friend. The victim sustained minor injuries but refused medical aid. An Arlington resident will be summonsed to court for Assault and Battery as a result of the incident.

Matthew Harrington, 27, of 16 Ellsworth Ave, Cambridge, was arrested for Shoplifting by Concealment after a loss prevention officer witnessed him conceal merchandise in a shopping bag at a Cambridgeside Place business and exit without paying.
