A German Town, Maryland resident reports that on 12/5 she was hit by a motor vehicle as she crossed Osborn Street while inside a marked pedestrian cross-walk. The pedestrian states that since she did not feel hurt at that time, no operator/insurance information was obtained. However, later in the evening, she visited a medical clinic for leg pain.

After an investigation, Jose Nova, 41, 444 Harrison Avenue in Boston, was placed under arrest for Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise after he was observed concealing two items and attempting to leave the store without paying for them.

Cambridge Police responded to a department store for a shoplifting report. Upon arrival, an investigation revealed that a Mattapan resident removed two boxed wireless headphone items valued at $129.99 each from their display and placed them inside his personal backpack. He then walked pass all points of sale at this location and failed to pay for either item. He was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for Larceny Over $250.

Taylor LaCorte, 29, homeless, was arrested on a warrant out of Roxbury District Court for Larceny Over $250. Cambridge Police responded to a department store for a female that was being detained by loss prevention. A query revealed that LaCorte had a warrant out of Roxbury District Court. While LaCorte was being processed in booking, she provided the booking officer a false name. LaCorte was advised that she would receive an additional charge for providing false information following an arrest.
