MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Derryck Rochelle, 20, 39 Grainger Street in Roxbury, was arrested for Larceny +$250 and Receiving Stolen Property +$250. Cambridge Police responded to a Massachusetts Avenue department store for a report of a person shoplifting that had been detained by store loss prevention. Loss Prevention stated that they witnessed Rochelle concealing store merchandise throughout multiple isles in the store. He was found to be concealing products adding to the value of $463.35. Subsequently Rochelle was taken into custody and a search incident prior to his arrest revealed that he was in possession of makeup product and other goods valuing over $800.

A male resident of Rindge Avenue in Cambridge reported being a victim of a larceny on 12/13/2017 while on Harrison Ave in Cambridge. The victim stated he was trying to sell a cell phone and an unknown black male suspect took it from him and ran away.

A Cambridge resident reported being the victim of a flim flam. The victim stated that an unknown person claiming to be a IRS representative called his cell phone and demanded an outstanding balance. The suspect instructed the victim to buy Apple store gift cards to pay the balance, which he did.

Nicole Brun, 34, 27 Liythtow Street in Dorchester, was arrested at a jewelry store on Mass Ave. for Shoplifting by Means of Concealment. Brun was identified by a store clerk and during an investigation it was discovered that she concealed earrings.

Cambridge Police responded to a call for shoplifting in progress at a department store in Central Square. William Papagianopoulus, 30, 15 Richfield Street in Burlington, was arrested for Larceny over $250, resisting arrest and 2 warrants out of Newton and Cambridge District Courts.
