Cambridge Police Awarded VAWA STOP Grant
The Cambridge Police Department is proud to announce that it has been awarded a grant to be used in support of its efforts against domestic violence. Commissioner Bard and members of the Cambridge Police Department’s Domestic Violence Unit attended the 2017 VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) STOP Grant Awards today in Quincy, where they were recognized and awarded the grant, which was distributed by the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security and Lt. Governor Karyn Polito.
