HARVARD ST
Cambridge Police were dispatched to Harvard Street after a resident complained that two parties were trespassing in the parking area of her building. Upon arrival, both suspects were identified, and it was discovered that one of the suspects, Francis Haugh,43, of Cambridge, currently had a warrant out of Roxbury District Court. Prior to being placed into the wagon for transport, a search of Haugh was conducted. During the search officers discovered suspected crack cocaine. Haugh is being charged in Cambridge District Court with Possession of a Class B Substance- Crack Cocaine.
