IDENTITY FRAUD

MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE
Cambridge Police responded to a Central Square financial institution for an individual attempting to cash a check that did not belong to them. The suspect left the business and was located a short distance away. After an investigation, it was learned that Jackie Cunningham, 60, 11566 150th in Jamaica, New York, presented a fraudulent New York license with a name and date of birth belonging to an account holder of the financial institution. Cunningham had signed a bank withdrawal slip using the false name and attempted to withdraw $2500. As a result, Cunningham was placed under arrest and being charged with, IDENTITY FRAUD, FORGERY OF BANK NOTE, UTTER FALSE CHECK, ATTEMPT TO COMMIT CRIME, and USE FALSE RMV SIGNATURE.
