    Brett Parham, 49, of Lowell was placed under arrest on multiple charges related to the distribution of illegal narcotics and unlawful possession of a firearm. Detectives were able to identify Parham as part of an investigation into illegal narcotic sales in Cambridge and the surrounding area.
