    Police took a report for a past assault. Victim stated an unknown person threatened to physically assault them near the chess tables in Harvard Sq.

    Officers responded to Centre Street for a report of a past breaking & entering into a motor vehicle. At the time of the report the victim did not believe anything of value had been stolen.

    Officers responded to Dudley St. for a parking complaint. The involved vehicle was found to be unregistered and uninsured. As a result the vehicle was towed and the registered owner, a Cambridge resident, will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

    Officers responded to a business on Alewife Brook Parkway on a report of a shoplifting in progress. The involved individual, identified as Lauren Morganella, 40, of Weymouth, was placed under arrest after it was discovered she had an active warrant out of Quincy District Court.

    Officers responded to Centre Street for a report of a past breaking & entering into a motor vehicle. Victim stated a camera, valued at $1,300, was stolen from the vehicle.

    Police responded to a business on the 2400 block of Massachusetts Ave for a shoplifting. An employee stated that a person had stolen a bottle of tequila valued at $53.99.

    Police took a report for credit card fraud. Victim stated that they were missing their debit card that had been last used it in Central Sq. The victim checked their account and noticed that they were missing $1300.

    Police responded to Lansdowne St for a disturbance. Two individuals reported getting into a verbal altercation with a motorist. The motorist made threats to harm them before fleeing the area.

    SOMERVILLE AVE
    Police responded to Somerville Ave for a larceny in progress. Upon arrival officers located a male suspect standing next to a partially disassembled bike. The male was identified as Brett Lovasco, 27, of Gloucester and found to have an active warrant out of Gloucester District Court. Following the arrest Lovasco was found to have multiple different types of prescribed medications that belonged to other individuals, leading to an additional charge.

    BROOKLINE ST & MASSACHUSETTS AVE
    Police responded to a disturbance with a possible gunshot at the intersection of Mass Ave and Brookline St. While investigating, ballistic evidence was discovered on Brookline St. No victim was located.
