    WESTERN AVE
    Jaquail Owens, 32, unhoused with a last known address in Boston and Terese Gray, 66, of Cambridge were placed under arrest. Owens will be charged with Possession of a Class B Substance - Subsequent Offense and Gray will be charged with Possession of a Class B Substance. Police interacted with the pair after they were observed with a white rock like substance, believed to be crack cocaine, and a glass tube that is commonly used to smoke crack cocaine.

    Police took a report at the Central Square substation for a past motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. The pedestrian claimed the vehicle hit his lower body and fled the scene. The pedestrian declined all medical attention.

    Dogan Uyan, 25, of Elmhurst, NY, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Lowell District Court following a traffic stop on Columbia St. The vehicle Uyan was operating was also found to be unregistered leading to an additional charge.

    Brain Haskell, 34, of Boston, was placed under arrest on a charge of Shoplifting by Concealment. An officer stopped Haskell after he was observed concealing merchandise and passing all points of purchase at a business on Alewife Brook Pkwy. It was then discovered Haskell had 5 outstanding warrants out of Boston.
