    Gregory Raso, 37, of Boston was arrested for three counts of Shoplifting by Asportation. It was found that Raso had shoplifted approximately $241 worth of food products from three different businesses.

    Police documented a past assault & battery with a dangerous weapon. The reporting party stated an ex-coworker had hit them in the face with a hot metal object. The co-worker was fired by the business and the victim is in fear of retaliation.

    Ralph Romelus, 38, of Somerville was placed under arrest on a charge of Operating Under the Influence of Liquor - 2nd Offense and having an Open Container of Alcohol in a vehicle. Officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle Romelus was operating after he was witnessed falling asleep behind the wheel. During the stop, officers observed an open container in the vehicle and Romelus displayed multiple indicators of impairment.

    A Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on a charge of Intimidation of a Witness after it was reported they'd made threats against a witness in an on-going criminal case.

    Edwin Ojeda, 47, of Cambridge, was arrested for Assault and Battery, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Officers responded to the Russell Field Parking Lot on a report that a group was drinking alcoholic beverages in a public park. Upon arrival officers witnessed Ojeda physically assault another male by pushing him to the ground. As police attempted to take Ojeda into custody, he physically resisted their efforts to do so.

    Officers responded to White St. for an unattended package. The item was inspected by officers from the Explosive Ordnance Unit (EOD) and determined not to be hazardous.
