BRATTLE ST
Police responded to the area of JFK street for a hit & run crash with property damage. The reporting party stated their vehicle was struck by another vehicle in traffic, causing damage. The second vehicle fled the scene before officers arrived.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police took a report regarding a past assault & battery that occurred outside a Central Sq. business. The reporting party stated they were struck in the back their head by an individual known to them.

VASSAR ST
Police responded to a report of a hit & run crash involving a cyclist and a motor vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene, the bicyclist was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Daniel Reis, 24, of Winthrop was placed under arrest on charges of Operating Under the Influence of Liquor, Impeded Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and a Lights Violation. Officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle Reis was operating as it had no lights on and he was observed texting. Officers to conduct Standard Field Sobriety Tests and Reis displayed multiple indicators of impairment.

HINGHAM ST
A Cambridge resident reported that they had been the victim of an online scam. The reporting party stated they had sent $275 to a unknown individual while attempting to sell an item through an online marketplace.

CHILTON ST
A Chilton St. resident reported that unauthorized transactions, totaling $210, were made on their credit card before it was canceled.

WHITE ST
Officers responded to Porter Sq. for a past hit & run crash report. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck while parked, causing damage.

HASKELL ST
A Haskell St. resident reported that their bicycle, valued at $ 350, was stolen from a bike rack located at Oxford St.

WHEELER ST Police responded for an unwanted person on Wheeler St. The reporting party stated an unknown individual had broken into a property and stolen a bicycle.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A business reported that multiple, offensive signs had been glued to the exterior windows at some point overnight.

WHEELER ST
Officers were dispatched to a Cambridge residence for an unwanted person. The reporting party stated a former resident had gained access to the building and their apartment unit.

PLYMOUTH ST
A Plymouth St. resident reported that a package, containing $100 in merchandise, was stolen from the front of their residence.

HARVEY ST
A Cambridge resident reported they had been notified by a credit monitoring service that their personal information had been compromised.

SODEN ST
A Cambridge resident reported that an unknown individual had gained access to their personal accounts and filed a false insurance claim.

SECOND ST
Police responded to the intersection of Second St. and Cambridge St. for a crash involving a vehicle and a scooter. The scooter operator was cited for a red light violation and transported to a local hospital by EMS for treatment of minor injuries.

MAGAZINE ST
Police took a report from a church on Magazine Street regarding a past assault & battery. The reporting party stated a disagreement over food led to another individual to grab their shirt.

NORFOLK ST
Police responded to Norfolk Street for the report of an unwanted person. The reporting party stated a resident attempted to bring multiple unwelcome parties into the building.

INMAN ST
Police responded to a residence on a report of someone attempting to gain entry into are residential home. No suspects were located.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Cambridge resident reported that their scooter, valued at $400, was stolen from a bike rack located at Massachusetts Ave.

WARE ST
Police responded to Ware St. to document a report of a disturbance. The reporting party stated that someone had broken a window in their apartment.
