    Dwan Chandler, 67, unhoused with a last known address in Cambridge, was arrested on a charge of Shoplifting by Asportation - 3rd offense and warrants. Officers observed Chandler concealing items inside a black plastic bag, he then proceed to walk past all points of purchase without rendering payment. It was then learned that Chandler had two warrants out of Cambridge District Court.
