MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to the 1000 block of Massachusetts Ave for a report of an unwanted person in the building. The individual was located and identified, they were formally trespassed from the property.

SIXTH ST
A trustee for a property on Maple Ave reported an on-going dispute over finances with another trustee.

RINDGE AVE
Police responded to the 300th block of Rindge Ave for a theft. A resident stated that they had ordered a sofa for $1200 and had it delivered to a common area. When they went to move it, the sofa was gone.

ESSEX ST & MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Mark Newell, 61, of Cambridge was placed under arrest on a charge of drinking in public. Officers witnessed Newell drinking an alcoholic beverage from a bottle concealed in a brown paper bag.

TREMONT ST
A Tremont St resident reported that their bicycle, valued at $600, was stolen from a bike rack located at their residence on Tremont St.

JOHN F KENNEDY ST
Police responded to a business on the 0 block of JFK St for a past shoplifting. The manager stated they witnessed the suspect steal two drinks from the store.

PROSPECT ST
Police responded to a business on the 0 block of Prospect St for a past shoplifting. The manager stated that an unknown suspect had stolen a bottle of liquor from the display.

BENNETT ST
Police took a report of a stolen motor vehicle from a car rental business on the 0 block of Bennett St. A rented car was due to be returned on August 9th but has not been returned.

OXFORD ST
An Oxford St resident reported that their bicycle, valued at $300, was stolen from under the fire escape of their apartment building.

CAMBRIDGEPARK DR
A Cambridgepark Dr resident reported that an unknown person had utilized their personal information to make a purchase of $540.16 at a supermarket in Illinois.

MARNEY ST
A Marney St resident reported that a package, containing $307 in merchandise, was stolen from the front of their residence.

CARDINAL MEDEIROS AVE
A Cardinal Medeiros Ave resident reported that a package, containing $100 in merchandise, was stolen from the front of their residence.

SODEN ST
A Soden St resident reported that their bicycle, valued at $500, was stolen from the bike storage room of their apartment building.

RINDGE AVE
A Rindge Ave resident reported that a package, containing $117 in merchandise, was stolen from their apartment complex. The package was later returned and the contents were not damaged.

CAMBRIDGE ST
Police responded to the 1000 block of Cambridge St on a report of a crash involving a cyclist. The cyclist reported they were struck by a turning vehicle.

CAMBRIDGESIDE PL
Police responded to a business on the 100 block of Cambridgeside Pl for a report of shoplifting. Officers spoke to the manager who stated an individual stole $708 of merchandise from the store.

PUTNAM AVE
A Putnam Ave resident reported their vehicle had been broken into while parked on Putnam Ave. The victim witnessed the incident and confronted the suspect who had threatened them before fleeing the scene. There was no visible damage to the vehicle and nothing was reported missing.

MAGAZINE ST & PUTNAM AVE
Officers responded to the intersection at Magazine St & Putnam Ave for a past hit & run crash report. Witness stated they observed a vehicle strike a parked car and flee the area.

HURON AVE
Police responded to the 700th block of Huron Ave. for a report of a scam. Victim stated they received a call from someone claiming to be a federal law enforcement officer who directed them to buy gift cards.
