    A business on Cambridgeside Place reported a shoplifting. Store employee stated that a suspect had stolen $300 worth of merchandise was stolen from the store.

    Darly Perpignan, 45, of Lexington, was placed under arrest on a charge of Operating Under the Influence of Liquor. Police responded to the intersection of Massachusetts Ave and Cedar St. on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the interaction Perpignan displayed multiple indicators of impairment.

    Police responded to a Porter Square business on a report of a shoplifting. Store employee reported that a suspect had stolen an estimated $500 worth of merchandise and fled.

    Hugo Montoya, 43, of Waltham was placed under arrest on charges of Assault & Battery on a Police Officer, Assault & Battery Dangerous Weapon (Shod Foot) and Disorderly Conduct. Police were called to a business on a report of an unwanted, intoxicated person. When being removed Montoya punched and kicked a police officer multiple times.
