CAMBRIDGESIDE PL
A business on Cambridgeside Place reported a shoplifting. Store employee stated that a suspect had stolen $300 worth of merchandise was stolen from the store.

CEDAR ST & MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Darly Perpignan, 45, of Lexington, was placed under arrest on a charge of Operating Under the Influence of Liquor. Police responded to the intersection of Massachusetts Ave and Cedar St. on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the interaction Perpignan displayed multiple indicators of impairment.

BELLIS CIR
A Bellis Circle resident reported that a known person had used their personal information to open an unauthorized line of credit.

PORTER SQ.
Police responded to a Porter Square business on a report of a shoplifting. Store employee reported that a suspect had stolen an estimated $500 worth of merchandise and fled.

MT AUBURN ST
Police took a report for a hit & run crash that occurred in a Mt. Auburn St. parking lot. Victim stated that their vehicle had been struck while parked, causing damage.

BRATTLE ST
Hugo Montoya, 43, of Waltham was placed under arrest on charges of Assault & Battery on a Police Officer, Assault & Battery Dangerous Weapon (Shod Foot) and Disorderly Conduct. Police were called to a business on a report of an unwanted, intoxicated person. When being removed Montoya punched and kicked a police officer multiple times.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Jamaica Plain resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges related to attaching false license plates to a motor vehicle.

HARVARD SQ.
A Harvard Square business reported a shoplifting. An employee stated a suspect had stolen multiple clothing items and fled.

ARLINGTON ST
Police responded to Arlington Street for a report of a past hit and run crash. Victim stated their vehicle had been struck while parked, causing damage.

CAMBRIDGE ST & ELLSWORTH AVE
Police responded to a motor vehicle crash on Cambridge Street. One involved party was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

JFK ST
Gabriel Sodre de Souza, 18, of Malden was placed under arrest for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Harvard Sq. Officers interacted with Sodre de Souza after a vehicle he was operating was stopped, blocking a lane of traffic in Harvard Sq.

PUTNAM AVE
Police responded to a Putnam Avenue residence on a report of threats. Victim stated a known person had been threatening them through text message.
