    Patrick Burke, 35, unhoused with a last known address in Franklin, was arrested on a charge of Shoplifting by Asportation - 3rd Offense and multiple warrants. An employee of a Porter Sq. business reported that Burke had stolen $85 worth of merchandise. It was learned that he had three warrants out of courts in Boston, Waltham, and Malden.

    Police responded to a Massachusetts Ave business on a report of a stolen motor vehicle. Victim stated they'd left their vehicle unlocked and running while they went inside to pick-up a food order, when they returned the vehicle was gone.

    Luis Do Couto, 50, of Braintree was placed under arrest on charges of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Resisting Arrest. Police responded to Cambridge St. on a report of a fight, it was reported that Do Couto had threatened another party with a tire iron. When officers attempted to place him under arrest, he actively resisted.
