Raymond Carr, 34, of Washington DC, was placed under arrest on a charge of Armed Assault to Rob and a warrant out of Somerville District Court. A victim reported that Carr had threatened them with a pocket knife in an attempt to rob them. When officers located Carr it was discovered that he had an active warrant out of Somerville District Court.

Jessi Berks, 45, of Cambridge was placed under arrest on a charge of Open and Gross Lewdness. It was reported by a security guard that Berks had pulled down his pants and intentionally exposed his genitalia to multiple people inside of the lobby of a building. Once removed by security it is alleged he commited a similar act outside.
