    Niels Burger, 55, of Arlington and Ruth Faas, 65, of Arlington were placed under arrest for defacing property during a protest in Harvard Sq. Officers observed Burger and Faas spraying painting a business.

Officers conducted a traffic stop of the motorcycle on Massachusetts Ave. after it had been observed driving on the sidewalk.
