Sirirat Srichiengpim, 44, of Needham, was placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor. Officers observed a vehicle blocking Franklin St., when they checked on the operator, Srichiengpim, they were found to be asleep behind the wheel and demonstrated multiple indicators of impairment.

During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Cambridge St. and Fifth St. it was discovered that the Peabody resident had allowed the Woburn resident to operate their motor vehicle despite having a suspended license.

During the interaction a white, rock like substance believed to be crack cocaine was found in her possession.
