    Joseph Oliveira, 30, of Dorchester was placed under arrest on charges of Breaking into a Depository and Attempting to Break Into a Depository. A witness stated they'd seen Oliveira attempt to break into their parked vehicle and then break-in to a 2nd vehicle.
