    Ismaan Nuuh, 40, of Boston was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Vandalizing Property, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest. Officers interacted with Nuuh when he was observed taking a sign for a local business and placing it in the middle of the active roadway, creating a hazardous condition. When approached by officers Nuuh was immediately hostile, he forcefully resisted arrest by striking and spitting on officers.
