    Eduardo Moran-Cabrera, 38, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Disorderly Conduct, and Trespassing following an incident in Central Sq. Moran-Cabrera was observed by officers pushing a trash barrel down a staircase to the Central Sq. MBTA Station as multiple people were walking down it. Officers attempted to stop Moran-Cabrera who then fled and hid in private yard where he had no legal right of access.
