Police responded to Wendell St. to assist with moving vehicles for emergency utility work.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to Central Square for a report of a fight. Reporting person stated they were physically assaulted by an unknown person while in line for a business. Suspect fled prior to the arrival of officers.

WHITE ST
Jorge Alves, 37, of Somerville, was placed under arrest on a charge of Armed Robbery. Police responded to a White Street business for a report of a shoplifting. Store employee stated Alves had threatend them with a knife when they confronted him about a trying to steal a drink.

CAMBRIDGE ST
Police responded to a Cambridge St convenience store for an alarm activation. Upon arrival, officers found a door had been smashed, the business owner later reported $300 was missing from the register.

JACKSON ST
Police responded to the area of Jackson Street on a report of a crash involving a cyclist. A cyclist reported they'd crashed into a vehicle while turning the prior night, sustaining minor injuries.

CORCORAN LN
A Cocoran Ln. resident reported an on-going issue with a neighbor.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Cambridge resident reported that their cell phone had been stolen by an unknown person.

CAMBRIDGE ST
A Cambridge Street resident reported a past assault. Reporting person stated a neighbor had pushed them and later kicked their bags.

ARLINGTON ST
An Arlington St. resident reported that an unknown person had utilized their personal information to open an unauthorized account.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to a Central Sq. business on a report of a shoplifting. Store employee reported a suspect had pushed them when confronted over a stolen drink and fled.

RICHDALE AVE
A Richdale Ave resident reported that a package, containing approximately $45 of items, was stolen from the front of their residential building.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Concord Ave resident reported that an unknown suspect had broken into their gym locker and stolen $445 from their bag.

WINTHROP ST
Police responded to Harvard Sq. on a report of a past assault & battery. Reporting person stated a security guard at a local shelter had struck their hand.

KENDALL ST
Officers responded to Kendall St. for a past hit & run crash report. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck while parked, causing damage.

GARDEN ST
A Somerville resident reported their moped had been stolen while parked on Garden Street.

CAMBRIDGE ST
Police responded to a Cambridge Street restaurant for a larceny and fraud report. Reporting person stated that their wallet was stolen and some of cards inside have been used in fraudulent transactions.
