    Enrique Colville, 69, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor, and Leaving the Scene of Property Damage. Officers conducted a traffic stop of Colville's vehicle at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave. and Inman St. after it was observed driving with a flat tire. During the interaction Colville displayed multiple indicators of impairment, it was also learned his vehicle had struck and damaged a parked car.

    Enrique Colville, 69, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor, and Open Container of Liquor in a Motor Vehicle. Officers responded an Alewife Brook Parkway tow lot on a report that Colville had driven to the lot and appeared intoxicated. During the interaction Colville showed multiple indicators of impairment and officers observed several open containers of alcoholic beverages.
