Officers responded to Broadway for a hit & run crash. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck in traffic. No injuries were reported.

AUBURN ST
A Cambridge resident reported their vehicle had been broken into while parked on Auburn Street. Victim stated their wallet contained a debit card, and driver's license.

SOUTH NORMANDY AVE & SUNSET RD
Police responded to the area of South Normandy Rd on a report of a crash involving a cyclist. The cyclist sustained minor injuries. The vehicle operator was cited.

CAMBRIDGE ST
A Cambridge St. resident reported their vehicle had been broken into while parked on Cambridge Street, items valued at $1200 were stolen.

DUNSTER ST & MT AUBURN ST
Police documented graffiti on property in the Harvard Square.

BINNEY ST & SIXTH ST
A Melrose resident reported that they were almost hit by a driver on Sixth Street. Reporting person stated the vehicle operator went around construction barriers into oncoming traffic.

SIXTH ST
A Main St. resident reported that an unknown person had utilized their son's information for employment in Las Vegas.

Police took a report for defacement of property on Broadway. Property manager stated there was graffiti on the exterior of the building.

Police took a report for defacement of property on Mt. Auburn St. Property manager stated there was graffiti on the exterior of the building.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
An Amherst resident reported that their bicycle, valued at $500, was stolen from a bike rack located on Massachusetts Ave.

HOLYOKE ST
Police took a report for defacement of property on Holyoke St. Property manager stated there was graffiti on the exterior of the building.

MT AUBURN ST
Police took a report for defacement of property on Mt. Auburn St. Property manager stated there was graffiti on the exterior of the building.

CHURCH ST
Officers responded to Church St. for a hit & run crash report. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck while parked, causing damage.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
An employee of a Massachusetts Ave business reported an unknown individual had stolen $85 of merchandise and fled.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police took a report for a past crash that occurred on Massachusetts Ave. Operator stated their vehicle accelerated and struck a parked car. One involved person was transported by EMS to a local hospital for treatment on non-life-threatening injuries.

Police documented several incidents of graffiti in North Cambridge.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
An employee of a Alewife Brook Parkway business reported a suspect from a past shoplifting was in the store. Officers stopped and identified the suspect, they were formally trespassed from the business.

FIRST ST & ROGERS ST
A Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges related to having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle on a public roadway. The violation was uncovered by officers responding to a parking complaint at the intersection of First Street and Rogers Street.

MEMORIAL DR
A Memorial Drive resident reported an incident of harassment. Reporting person stated they'd met someone in a café and that person has sent them multiple unwanted social media messages.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
An employee of a Alewife Brook Parkway business reported an unknown individual had stolen at least $200 of merchandise and fled.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Cambridge business owner reported that a former employee had gained access to the personal information of other staff members.

FRANKLIN ST
Police responded to a Franklin St apartment for an unwanted person. A former resident was refusing to leave and threatening other tenants.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE & PEARL ST
Paul Byrd, 47, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Cambridge District Court. During the arrest, Byrd spit on an officer and was found to be in possession of a white, rock like substance, believed to be crack cocaine.

MIDDLESEX ST
A Middlesex St. resident reported that mail was stolen from the front of their residence.

NORFOLK ST
Police responded to Norfolk Street for a disturbance. Reporting person stated there had been an argument over the other person camping on their property.

CAMBRIDGEPARK DR
A Cambridgepark Drive resident reported that an unknown person was able to gain access to their bank information and transferred $1,958.16 from the account without authorization.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Massachusetts Ave resident reported that their scooter, valued at $300, was stolen from a metal fence outside a Massachusetts Ave apartment building.

CAMBRIDGE ST
Harvey Fisher, 70, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest on a charge of Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. Police responded to a Cambridge St. medical facility and learned that Fisher had kicked a security guard before threatening to hit two EMT's with a metal cane.

CAMBRIDGE ST
A Medford resident reported their vehicle had been broken into while parked in Inman Square. A wallet containing $60 in cash and cards was stolen. The cards have since been utilized for multiple attempted unauthorized transactions.

ARLINGTON ST
Police responded to Arlington St. for a harassment report. Reporting person stated they were in a crash several weeks prior, and the other involved person has repeatedly contacted them regarding payment.

An employee of a Massachusetts Ave business reported an unknown individual had stolen merchandise and fled.

Police responded to a Broadway liquor store for a disturbance. Reporting person stated suspect had threatened to hit them and stole a bottle of water.
