Police responded to the area of Huron Ave. for a malicious destruction to a motor vehicle report. Victim stated a portion of their vehicle's grill had been removed while it was parked.

NEW ST
Police responded to a fire in a trash can on News St. The fire was extinguished and deemed to be accidental in nature.

SHEPARD ST
A Boston resident reported they received threatening texts from an unknown number.

MARCELLA ST
Police responded to a Marcella St. residence for a past assault and battery report. Victim stated an argument with a neighbor had turned physical, causing minor injuries.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Brookline St. resident reported that their bicycle was damaged and multiple items were stolen from the saddle bag.

GRANITE ST
Police took a report for a past motor vehicle crash involving a bicycle that occurred on Granite St. Cyclist involved in the crash reported they were struck by the motor vehicle as they were pulling out of a parking lot. No injuries were reported.

CAMBRIDGE
A Boston resident reported an unknown suspect had stolen their personal information and utilized it to accrue unauthorized legal fees valued at $355.

UPLAND RD
A New York resident reported while at an Upland Rd. residence, an unknown suspect stole their bag containing items valued at $634.

WALDEN ST
A Walden St. resident reported they were scammed out of $2,800 through a fraudulent online transaction.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Beruk Alemayehu, 27, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Trespassing. Officers responded to a Central Square business on a report of an unwanted person. Alemayehu refused multiple requests from officers and staff to leave the establishment.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE & RICE ST
Police responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a bicycle. Cyclist reported they were traveling straight when they were struck by a turning vehicle. The vehicle operator was cited, the cyclist was transported to a local hospital by EMS for minor injuries.

BRATTLE ST
An employee of a Brattle St. business reported a suspect had stolen $595 of merchandise and fled.

MT AUBURN ST & PUTNAM AVE
A Needham resident reported a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck while in traffic on Mt. Auburn St. No injuries were reported.

LEIGHTON ST
Officers responded to Leighton St. for a defacement of property report. Reporting person stated their vehicle windshield was cracked.

FIRST ST & OTIS ST
A Randolph resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges related to operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle. Violations were uncovered during a traffic stop for an observed violation on First and Otis St.

ALBANY ST & MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to a hit & run crash involving a bicycle that occurred on Massachusetts Ave. and Albany St. Cyclist reported they were struck while in the bike lane, and sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

CAMBRIDGE ST & WILLOW ST
Police responded to the area of Cambridge and Willow St. on a report of a crash involving a pedestrian. No injuries were reported.

HOLYOKE ST & MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to assist Transit Police with removing an unruly passenger from a bus in Harvard Square.

BIGELOW ST
Police responded to the area of Bigelow Street for a report of a motor vehicle alarm sounding for an extended period of time.

TEMPLE ST
Police responded to a Temple St. residence for a disturbance report. Reporting person stated there have been on-going issues with a neighbor.
