DUDLEY ST
A Dudley St. resident reported their vehicle had been broken into while parked in their driveway, set of multiple keys valued at $600 and a watch is reported to have been stolen.

WALTHAM
John Hobby, 56, of Cambridge was placed under arrest under an active warrant out of Cambridge District Court.

FRESH POND PKWY
A Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges related to operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The violation was uncovered during a traffic stop for an observed violation on Fresh Pond Parkway.

UPLAND RD
A Upland Rd. resident reported their vehicle had been broken into while parked at their residence. A wallet was stolen and there were multiple attempts to use the cards inside.

CAMBRIDGEPARK DR
A CambridgePark Dr. resident reported they were threatened by a known individual on social media.

MUSEUM WAY
A Museum Way resident reported that an unknown person had utilized their personal information to apply for unemployment compensation.

ELIOT ST
Police responded to Eliot St. for a larceny report. Reporting person stated approximately $126.00 were stolen from the business located on Eliot St.

LINNAEAN ST
A Linnaean St. resident reported that some parts and other personal items were stolen from their bicycle.

MT AUBURN ST
Police responded to a disturbance at a Mount Auburn St. residence. Reporting person stated that a known individual was trying to get into the building and was banging and slamming the door.

ELIOT ST
Police responded to Eliot St. for a larceny report. Reporting person stated approximately $213.00 was stolen from the business.

RICHARD AVE
A Richard Ave. resident reported their vehicle had been broken into while parked outside their residence, an envelope with $4000 in cash reported to have been stolen.

BELMONT
Officers assisted Belmont Police with an unattended package. The item was inspected by officers from the Explosive Ordnance Unit (EOD) and determined not to be hazardous.

FRANKLIN ST
A Franklin St. resident reported a fraud incident. Victim stated they were deceived into paying $9,500 for an item that was valued at $35.00.

SHERMAN ST
A Sherman St. resident reported multiple pieces of jewelry missing. Items valued at approximately $2,000 had been lost and presumably stolen from inside their residence.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
An employee of a Alewife Brook Pkwy. business reported a suspect attempted to conceal steaks valued at approximately $840.00 in their pants. The suspect was stopped and identified, all merchandise was recovered.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Somerville resident reported having been the victim of an online apartment rental scam. Victim stated they made a $3,600 deposit on a residence that was not available to rent.

DUNSTER ST & MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Dunster St. and Massachusetts Ave. resident reported that their bicycle, valued at $500.00, was stolen.

TEMPLE ST
Officers responded to Temple St. for a past hit & run crash report. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck while parked, causing damage.

SOMERVILLE AVE
An employee of a Somerville Ave. business reported a suspect had stolen $60.67 in merchandise and fled.

JFK ST
An employee of a JFK St. business reported a suspect had stolen $44.15 in merchandise and fled.

ORCHARD ST
A Orchard St. resident reported that their bicycle and U-lock, valued at $1,000, was stolen from their porch.

HAWTHORNE ST
Police responded to Hawthorne St. for a report of suspicious activity. Resident reported they found a bike on their property that they suspected to be stolen. Bike was taken for safe keeping.

SHERMAN ST
Police responded to Sherman St for a report of a gun shot in the distance. No witnesses were located, officers were unable to find any ballistic evidence or victims.
