Costa was observed by Loss Prevention on surveillance cameras removing the anti-theft security device from merchandise while in the store. Costa was later found to have suspected Klonopin pills on her person.

Officers interacted with Jackson while on the scene of a motor vehicle crash he was involved in. Jackson displayed multiple indicators of impairment and an open container of an alcoholic beverage was observed inside his vehicle.
