    A Southbridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges related to the unlicensed operation of a motorcycle. The violation was uncovered by officers responding to a crash at the intersection of Cambridge St. & Prospect St.. Minor injuries were reported.

    An employee of a Massachusetts Ave. business reported a suspect had stolen approximately $200 of merchandise and fled. The suspect was stopped and identified nearby, items were then returned to the store.

    Luis Do Couto, 50, of Braintree was placed under arrest on a charge of Possession of a Class A Drug. Officers stopped Do Couto after observing him attempting to light a substance in a suspected crack pipe. Do Couto was found to have suspected heroin in his possession.

    A Dorchester resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on a charge of Shoplifting by Concealment. An employee of a Massachusetts Ave. business reported the suspect had stolen $187.50 of merchandise.
