    Aaron Alfaro-Gutierrez, 21, of Saugus was placed under arrest on multiple charges related to the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor. A vehicle Alfaro-Gutierrez was operating fled from the scene of a motor vehicle crash. When stopped by officers, Alfaro-Gutierrez displayed multiple indicators of impairment and was in possession of a open container of an alcoholic beverage.

    Devon White, 34, of Braintree was placed under arrest on the charges of Receiving Stolen Property, Vandalizing Property, and two (2) warrants out of Boston District Court. Officers interacted with White in Porter Square following a report that he was in possession of a stolen bicycle.
