    Bruce Greene, 57, of Somerville was placed under arrest on a charge of Shoplifting by Asportation. An employee of a River St. business reported Greene had stolen $164 of merchandise.

    An employee of a White St. business reported a suspect had stolen $94.54 of merchandise. Officers were able to stop and identify the suspect, the store did not wish to pursue criminal charges.
