Russell Youth Community Center
The Russell Youth and Community Center in West Cambridge contains an NCAA-sized basketball court, project room, computer room, teaching kitchen and a community function room. We offer:
- homework assistance
- healthy snacks
- leadership development opportunities
- sports leagues
- arts
- community service
- enrichment activities
We also serve as a Community Center.
The Pre-teen Leadership Program provides a wide range of afterschool programming for youth in grades 4 - 5 that is enhanced through partnerships with several local organizations.
Our Middle School Program, for youth in grades 6 - 8, builds on experiences in the pre-teen program by providing developmentally appropriate experiences in an afterschool setting.

Virtual Voices
Virtual Voices has an awesome opportunity for teen girls. This Spring young people will have the opportunity to design, produce, and create an original art production that combines poetry and theatre! So get ready for the LIGHTS, CAMERA & ACTION because this spring we are all about Drama!
