Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m., lunch is available to adults age 60 and older at the Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave.
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, nutritious heat-and-serve meals are available
- On Tuesdays, a cold lunch is served
- Seniors can eat in the Senior Center dining room, take their heat-and-serve lunches to go, or pick up a “Grab n Go” cold lunch to eat at home. .
- Meals are free (a suggested donation of $3.00 is appreciated).
To reserve or cancel a meal, please call the Council on Aging at 617-349-6047 by 11:00 a.m. two business days in advance.

Cambridge Food Resource Guide
The Cambridge Food Resource Guide provides a list of local community meals, food pantries, and other resources. The guide is maintained by Cambridge in Motion, a division of the Cambridge Public Health Department. It is available in Amharic, Arabic, Bengali, Chinese (Simplified), English, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Spanish.
