COA Programming at Russell Youth and Community Center

Russell Youth and Community Center building

January through May 2026, the Cambridge Council on Aging offered a selection of programming for Cambridge adults ages 60 and older at the Russell Youth and Community Center, 680 Huron Ave. 2nd Fl. on Thursdays and Fridays. Classes included Tai Chi, Portrait Drawing, Yoga, and Dance. There was also a drop-in Knitting Group and drop-in Indoor Walking group during the spring.

Programming is currently paused during June, July, and August to support Cambridge Youth Programs' pre-teen and middle school summer programming.

Classes for older adults will resume on Thursday, September 17. The schedule will be posted on this webpage and announced through the Council on Aging's outreach channels.
