The Cambridge Senior Center is located at 806 Massachusetts Ave. in Central Square. It is open on Monday from 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m., Tuesday – Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
The Cambridge Senior Center hosts a variety of programming, events, social and support groups, and activities for Cambridge residents age 60 and older.

Lunch Meals
Hot, nutritious lunch meals are served Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
- Lunch is catered by City Fresh on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
- Lunch is cooked on-site at the Senior Center on Thursdays
- A cold Grab-N-Go lunch is available to take home.
Reservations for lunch are required. To reserve a meal, please call 617-349-6047 one week in advance of your reservation date. A suggested, voluntary donation of $3 is appreciated.
Lunch reservations will be held until 12:05 p.m. on the day a participant reserves their lunch. A cold sandwich meal will be provided to anyone who does not have a lunch reservation (cold vegetarian meal available upon request).

Computer Lab and Tech Help

The Senior Center's Computer Lab is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m.– 4 p.m. and on Friday from 9 –11 a.m. Cambridge residents age 60 and older are welcome to stop by the Computer Lab to use the following:
- Desktop computers
- Printers at the Computer Lab
- Chromebooks and hotspots (available for rent)
Council on Aging staff offers Tech Help to older adults on Mondays from 9 – 11 a.m. and Tuesdays from 1 – 4 p.m. Get assistance with your wireless devices and laptops or ask questions about digital platforms, including Zoom and Facebook.
Please call 617-349-6220 to make a Tech Help appointment. Drop-ins are also welcome.

Recreation Equipment
At the Cambridge Senior Center, older adults are welcome to enjoy:
- Ping Pong and Billiards Tables
- Billiards League (which competes against other local Senior Centers twice a year)
- Senior Center Roof Deck, available for socializing and enjoying fresh air.
