We are excited to announce a new Walking Group series for older adults, open to Cambridge residents ages 60 and older!

During the months of May, June, September and October, join us on Tuesdays from 9 - 10 a.m. for guided weekly walks designed to encourage movement, connection, and exploration. Each walk follows a beginner-friendly pace and features routes that highlight local parks, neighborhoods, and scenic paths.

  • May meeting location: Cambridge Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave.

  • June meeting location: Russell Youth and Community Center, 680 Huron Ave.

  • September meeting location: North Cambridge Senior Center, 2050 Massachusetts Ave.

  • October meeting location: Cambridge Crossing, 3 North First Street.

Register to receive email walk reminders. (Registration is suggested but not required.)

In the event of bad weather, the walk will be canceled. Bad weather includes rain, snow, sleet, poor air quality, temperatures above 85 °F or below 32°F.

This series is offered in partnership by Cambridge Council on Aging and the Cambridge Department of Transportation.
