Register for Summer 2026 Youth Basketball Leagues

Summer Basketball boys league

Join us on the basketball courts this summer! Cambridge Recreation offers Summer Basketball Leagues for Cambridge youth and teens ages 8 –19. 

Summer 2026 Basketball Leagues will run from early July through mid-August at the following locations: 

  • Medina Dixon Instructional Basketball Girls League (Girls ages 8–11, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Ahern Field, Charles St.)
  • Level Up Girls Basketball League (Girls ages 12–14, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Ahern Field, Charles St.)
  • Davonte Neal Instructional League (Co-ed ages 8–11, Monday and Wednesday evenings, Sennott Park)
  • Sharif Moustafa Instructional League (Co-ed ages 9–13, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Glacken Field)
  • Kito Jackson League (Boys ages 12–14 / grades 6–8, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Hoyt Field)
  • Eurie Stamps, Sr. League (Boys ages 15–19 / grades 9–12, Wednesday and Friday evenings, Hoyt Field)

To register for 2026 Recreation Summer Basketball Leagues, fill out the Summer Basketball Leagues Registration Form (PDF) and return it with the registration fee ($20 per player)* to:

  • The War Memorial Recreation Center, 1640 Cambridge St. (see hours) or
  • The Department of Human Service Programs c/o Recreation, 51 Inman St., 3rd floor. 

Spots in Summer Basketball Leagues are limited. Leagues remain open until filled in the order applications are received.

Please note: the registration fee has increased to $20 per player this year.
