Description

Cambridge residents who are 60 and older are invited to receive a free screening where we measure your blood pressure, help you understand the readings, and provide health advice.

Staff from the Cambridge Economic Opportunity Committee (CEOC) will also be available to support residents who have questions or need help related to their SNAP and MassHealth benefits. For more information about SNAP / MassHealth Support, visit www.cambridgema.gov/SNAPMassHealth.
